Y38 · Spa & Wellness

At level −6 of Y38, the planned wellness space brings together a cold plunge, dry sauna, steam room, relaxation area and gym. The transition between activity and rest is central to the design.

A pale envelope, smoked oak joinery and black steel screens connect the different spaces. Warm lighting reveals the wall texture and gives the relaxation area an intimate character.
